Twelve weight stack plates are used to adjust the resistance, with the max resistance being as much as 69.5 kg. The frame is stable and has a load capacity of up to 120 kg.
The integrated bench allows you to do bench presses and seated chest presses. The handles on the exercise arms offer multiple grip options, so you can choose the grip that suits you best.
