Description

With the Multifunctional Plank Trainer inSPORTline Holdit, planks will no longer be a problem for you! Through this seemingly easy exercise, you can effectively strengthen your core, as it allows you to engage your deep abdominal muscles. However, as with every exercise, this one, too, requires the exerciser to be in the correct position. Which is exactly what our trainer is here for!

The trainer is light but durable, with a load capacity of up to 120 kg. The comfortable foam elbow pads help you better distribute the pressure put on your joints. What’s more, the spacing and length of the pads can be adjusted, making the trainer suitable for all body types.

Apart from planks, this trainer also allows you to do push-ups, and with increased comfort, especially when it comes to your joints. The trainer comes with a digital screen that displays time spent in a particular position, and even features a countdown timer. All you have to do is start working out!
