Want to get your heart pumping, clear your mind, and work out without disturbing everyone else in your home?
The Exercise Bike inSPORTline ZenBike 100 is your ideal workout companion for enjoyable rides at home! It operates exceptionally quietly and features electronically controlled resistance and a low step-through frame, making it easy to get on and off without awkward maneuvering. It also offers 32 resistance levels, 16 workout programs, and an optical heart rate sensor. And if pedaling in place starts to feel a little repetitive, connect the bike to Zwift or Kinomap and explore virtual routes that take your workouts to a whole new level!
Quiet Workouts You'll Appreciate
No annoying humming, no unnecessary background noise. The ZenBike 100 is exceptionally quiet, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to a podcast, or ride early in the morning without waking up the whole household. The magnetic resistance system and electronically controlled resistance provide smooth adjustments to workout intensity. With 32 resistance levels to choose from, you can tailor every ride to your mood and fitness level.
Easy to Get on and Ready to Ride!
The low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easier, which is especially convenient for everyday workouts. The optical heart rate sensor lets you monitor your exercise intensity without wearing a chest strap. If you prefer chest strap monitoring, however, the bike also features a receiver compatible with supported heart rate chest straps.
16 Programs, Endless Possibilities
Some days call for a relaxing ride; other days, you want to push yourself to the limit. With 16 preset workout programs, you can choose the training style that suits you, while the electronic resistance control makes it easy to adjust the intensity as you go. The 5 kg flywheel and maximum resistance of up to 340 W at 60 RPM allow you to gradually push your limits and continue improving your performance. Every ride can be a different experience!
Virtual Routes? Absolutely!
Working out at home doesn't have to mean staring at a wall. Connect the ZenBike 100 to the Zwift or Kinomap mobile apps and enjoy virtual routes, new challenges, and extra motivation to keep going when you're tempted to call it a day. You can conveniently place your tablet in the holder directly in front of you and keep your water bottle within easy reach. Thanks to the transportation wheels and adjustable leveling feet, you can easily move the bike and stabilize it on uneven floors, positioning it exactly where you want it.
Hop on, set your own pace, and ride your way!
