The exercise bike has a clear LCD display where you can monitor your data, including your heart rate. This is measured by sensors in the handlebars. You can then use the adjustment knob to set the resistance according to how hard you want to work. There are 16 levels available.
In addition, you can enjoy an adjustable seat, side handles that allow you to pedal like on a recumbent bike, and even a lower pulley with a strap for leg strengthening.
This machine can be connected to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and a mobile app (applies to machines manufactured after 6/2024). This allows you to enhance your workout with new features, such as riding on a virtual track.
Ready for anything
The exercise bike has 16 resistance levels, so you definitely have something to work with. But if you get bored with classic pedaling, you can lean back, rest your hands, and choose a more leisurely ride, similar to a recumbent bike. If, on the other hand, you want to engage your arms even more, grab the expanders with handles. Finally, there is also a pulley with an expander at the rear for additional leg strengthening.
Maximum comfort
For effective training on an exercise bike, the optimal saddle height and frame angle are important. Both can be adjusted thanks to the adjustable design, so that people up to 185 cm tall can work comfortably with the machine. You can also adjust the seat to several different angles. The saddle itself has an ergonomic shape and soft padding.
Saves space and worries
The frame is not only adjustable but also foldable. This comes in handy in spaces where the machine needs to be stored away so that it doesn't get in the way. The foldable design also allows you to simply pack the exercise bike into your car and take it with you on vacation. And since the machine is battery-powered, there is no need to worry about a power supply.
