The Motorcycle Jeans Ayrton 505 are the second generation of jeans that feature brand new, certified Lite Pro protectors, which are flexible, lightweight, breathable and unobtrusive (due to their small thickness). To provide additional safety, the inside of these jeans is reinforced with aramid fiber.
The outer part of the jeans is made of 12oz, Super Stretch denim which makes them extremely comfortable and adaptable to the shape of your body. The jeans come in a variety of sizes (including extra large sizes). The short, size 8 YKK zipper allows you to zip the jeans together with a motorcycle jacket. All of the above makes the Motorcycle Jeans Ayrton 505 even more versatile compared to the previous model.

- Outer part made of 12oz, Super Stretch denim
- Aramid fiber-reinforced lining
- Perforated, breathable textile lining and pockets for inserting hip protectors made of the same material
- Elastane stretch panels at the groin area
- Stretch panels above the knees and at the back waist for maximum freedom of movement
- Loose fit
- Material:
- Outer: 88% cotton, 10% polyester, 2% elastane
- Inner protective lining: 60% Dupont™ Kevlar® fiber, 40% polyester
- Inner lining: 52% polyester, 48% cotton
Protection:
- Removable inner Lite Pro knee protectors – height-adjustable thanks to built-in Velcro; flexible, lightweight, breathable and unobtrusive (due to their small thickness); Level 2 CE certified (CE EN 1621-1 2012)
- Removable inner Lite Pro hip protectors – flexible, lightweight, breathable and unobtrusive (due to their small thickness); Level 1 CE certified (CE EN 1621-1 2012)

- Ventilation zippers on the thighs
- Side zippers for pant leg width adjustment
- 2 front pockets, small coin pocket and 2 back pockets
- Short, size 8 YKK zipper for zipping the jeans together with a jacket
- Reinforced belt loops
- Snap buttons, buttons, leather patch, printing and fabric labels all have Ayrton logos on them
- Comes in a variety of sizes that cover smaller sizes, average sizes and even extra large sizes (from size 30/30 to size 44/36)
