You can choose from 32 resistance levels and 21 training programs, including 9 preset programs, 10 user programs, and an HRC program. The clear, easy-to-read console tracks all the essentials—from time, distance, and calories burned to stroke count, stroke rate, and pace per 500 meters. The long 134 cm rail also provides plenty of room for a comfortable and natural stroke.
Entertainment Right on the Large Screen
The centerpiece of the rowing machine is the large 15.6" TFT touchscreen, which offers much more than just workout statistics. Thanks to the smart system, you can use pre-installed apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify, and Kinomap directly on the machine—no phone required. The machine also supports phone screen mirroring, Bluetooth headphone connectivity, built-in speakers, and connection to Kinomap and Zwift. Your workout doesn't have to be just about performance—it can also be time you genuinely enjoy, thanks to access to video workouts from around the world and online races with other fitness enthusiasts.
