And if you want something simpler, FitShow offers interactive workouts and also responds to elevation by automatically adjusting resistance. TheinSPORTline ZenStride 600 offers natural, fluid movement that's easy to adapt to your needs. With a stride length of 51cm and a 26cm foot spacing, training is comfortable and gentle on your joints. There's also the option of adjusting the stroke - by changing the incline, you simply engage different muscle parts and add a new dimension to your workout. There's also a bottle holder and tablet stand so you can watch your favourite series or training route while you work out. The large display clearly shows all the important data - time, distance, heart rate, calories and power. And thanks to the HRC program, which automatically adjusts the load according to your heart rate, every workout will be both effective and gentle.
