Save space without compromise
The frame of the Mystral treadmill is large and robust, allowing you to train comfortably and without restrictions. Even so, you can fold it after use and save space at home. In addition, the running surface is sprung with special SAS (Shock Absorbing System) insoles, which soften the impact of the tread and spare your joints.
A program for every occasion
On Mystral you will find 24 preset programs, each simulating a different type of terrain. Fifteen degrees of incline and a maximum speed of 20 km/h then offer a decent variability of training even within a manual program that you can change continuously. If you imagine the profile of your virtual route completely differently, you have the opportunity to set every detail and save the program in memory - three times!
Go for it with your heart
The most effective training goes hand in hand with heart rate monitoring! With the chest strap, you can use your favorite HRC programs and set your heart rate for maximum calorie burning. The program will then help you reach the target heart rate by automatically adjusting the load.
