You can also adjust the incline (this function is available in both motor and motorless modes).

Vibration Allows You to Engage More Muscle Groups

Another unique function of this treadmill is the vibration mode. As a result, this machine is not only a top-of-the-line treadmill, but also a 170 x 50cm vibration platform that allows you to exercise virtually all muscle groups. You might also appreciate the “Pause” function which allows you to pause your workout and then start right where you left off. To adjust the speed/resistance and incline, you can use either the buttons on the control panel or the regulation knobs on the inside of the handles.
