Dumbbell inSPORTline Quabell 3kg
The Dumbbell inSPORTline Quabell 3kg is a unique, water-filled dumbbell. You can fill the dumbbell with up to 3 liters of water and use it as a regular Vin-Bell. As a result, you can adjust its weight to your needs. Moreover, when empty, the dumbbell is extremely lightweight and takes up almost no space, making it easy to carry and therefore perfect for traveling. During the workout, the water in the dumbbell moves from side to side, constantly changing center of gravity, thus forcing you to engage your stabilizer muscles and making the workout more effective. The shut-off valve with a cap (with a practical string on it) allows for easy filling/draining.
Made of durable PVC, the Dumbbell inSPORTline Quabell 3kg features strong seams which prevent water leak or rupture. The long neoprene handle allows you to lift the dumbbell up using both hands. Its adjustable weight makes this water-filled dumbbell suitable for all age and exercise groups. Its wide range of uses makes the Dumbbell inSPORTline Quabell 3kg suitable for a full body workout, particularly for improving your strength.

Dumbbell inSPORTline Quabell 3kg - Product parameters
The total weight of the product.
In Kettlebels and Vin-bells, we can find three types of filling. The first is cement, with the advantage of lower price. On the other hand, when compared to steel filling, its volume is a bit higher. Steel filling is, however, more expensive. The third type of filling is made of fine sand, found mainly in neoprene dumbbells.
All types of handgrips ensure safe and comfortable workout. Chromed and steel grips are smooth and resistant to damage. Vinyl and rubber grips provide anti-slip surface and durability. Plastic handgrips can be found on lighter neoprene dumbbells.
Dumbbells are most commonly coated with either rubber or vinyl. Both are highly resistant to wear and damage. They are easily washable and comfortable to the touch. The vinyl models are filled with cement, the rubber ones with steel. Neoprene coating can be found on lighter dumbbells filled with sand.
Rubber grips can be found especially on vinyl sets. They stabilize the dumbbell in place when it's put on the ground or on a rack. This way, the dumbbell will ot roll away and stay in place.
