Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa
The Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa is a professional machine perfect for a full body workout. Its sturdy structure makes it suitable for users who weigh up to 180kg. The magnetic brake system allows for smooth and quiet running. Since this rowing machine is powered by a built-in energy generator, it has no cables, thus allowing you to use it even during a blackout. The folding structure makes it easy to store the machine when not in use while the transportation wheels make it easy to move it. Moreover, this rowing machine can also deal with an uneven floor.
Aside from regular rowing, the Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa also allows for two more kinds of exercise. The first one is rowing with a real oar. Simulating rowing on the water, this exercise helps you strengthen not only your arms and shoulders, but also the entire body. The second exercise is rowing using your hands independently, not in a synchronized motion, making the workout more diverse. The 86cm-long rail and 6.5kg flywheel with 10 resistance levels makes the Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa suitable even for the most demanding users.
The fully electronic Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa features an easy-to-read, intuitive, backlit, graphic display on which you can follow all the important information, including additional information specific to the individual programs and exercise types. The main information: time, 500m time, performance, number of strokes, strokes per minute, distance, calories burned, calories burned per hour, resistance level and heart rate. Heart rate is measured through a chest belt, which is not included. The additional information: left/right stroke (number), total number of strokes, total number of strokes per minute and WATT diagram. The user can choose from as many as 29 programs (14 preset and 13 user programs). A manual program is a must. Moreover, the Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa can also be paired with a smartphone or a tablet, enabling you to make full use of the Fit Hi Way app, which opens up new exercise possibilities.

Rowing Machine inSPORTline Yakapa - Product parameters
Resistance in cardio trainers can be regulated by one of two ways - manual and electronic control. Manual regulation is the cheaper option and works on a simple basis. With a regulation knob, the user sets the resistance manually, usually in the range of 1-12 levels.
By observing the weight limit of the product, you significantly increase its service life and prevent it from wearing down prematurely. It is not recommended to exceed this limit.
Cardio trainers use several types of braking systems.
There are trainers with magnetic, friction, calliper or EMS braking system. The magnetic and EMS systems that work through moving a magnet closer to the flywheel are used most often.
HRC program (Heart Rate Control) is a function that automatically adjusts resistance to keep your heart rate in optimal frequency. This makes exercising more effective, especially if your aim is to burn fats.
