On most treadmills, it is only possible to train running or walking. Treadmill inSPORTline Excel Run offers also Nordic Walking simulation, with the help of two specially designed handles. (If you use these levers while walking you burn 40% more calories than while walking regularly!) This way, you can exercise your legs and hips along with the muscles of the upper body. Manual treadmill (with no motor) makes optimal set-up for fitness training. Thanks to the manual drive, you can choose the pace yourself.
