Each side of the dumbbell can hold as many as 4 weights, which means that one dumbbell can weigh from 1 to 3.5 kg. if you want to use both dumbbells at the same time, the maximum weight of one dumbbell is 2.5 kg, which is more than enough for light fitness or aerobics exercises.
