The Adjustable Single-Handed Dumbbells inSPORTline DuraBell® are made for your gym! With a unique weight adjustment system, they require just one turn of the shaft on each dumbbell, and you’re ready to go! When you hear a click it means that the selected weight has been locked in place. The weight in kilograms can be seen on the inside of the dumbbell.
Each side of the dumbbell can hold as many as 4 weights, which means that one dumbbell can weigh from 6.5 to 24.5 kg, which is more than enough for an at-home workout, particularly arm-strengthening exercises.
