The Weighted Hula Hoop inSPORTline Pro 69 – 105 cm is an improved weighted hula hoop that will help you achieve the required results in an effective way. It consists of 13 pieces which you can easily connect or disconnect to your liking. You can adjust the circumference around the waist between 69 and 105 cm.

There are two rails along the perimeter of the hoop to which an anchor with ball bearings is attached, which ensures smooth operation. Attached to the frame is a strap at the end of which is a 400-gram weight.

How to use:

Adjust the size of the hoop to your waist circumference so that it’s big enough but not too big (it needs to sit on your hips). After adjust the size, place the anchor with the weight inside the rail and close the hoop. Afterward, throw the weight in the direction which you will be circling your hips and start exercising. The intensity of your workout is influenced by the speed in which you circle your hips and the distance of the weight from the body.
