The Olympic Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Hamerton 180 cm + 50 cm/50 mm 150 kg has all you’re going to need for a workout session with Olympic weight plates. Included in the set is a 180-cm-long, two-handed barbell and two shorter, single-handed dumbbells. All three bars are 50 mm in diameter, so you can load and unload the weight plates as you see fit. Made of polished steel, the bars have knurled grips that make them easy to handle. 

The Olympic Cast Iron Weight Plates inSPORTline Hamerton have a durable surface coating and practical grips that allow you to lift them on their own, i.e. they don’t have to be on the barbell/dumbbell. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (12 pieces), 5-kg (4 pieces), 10-kg (4 pieces) and 15-kg (2 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included spring collars.
