The Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Hamerton 120 + 52 cm/30 mm 80 kg will help you strengthen your upper body, using both a two-handed weightlifting barbell and single-handed dumbbells. It includes one weightlifting barbell and two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter, with the weightlifting one being 120 cm and the two single-handed ones 40 cm long.

The Olympic Cast Iron Weight Plates inSPORTline Hamerton have a durable surface coating and practical grips that allow you to lift them on their own, i.e. they don’t have to be on the barbell/dumbbell. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (10 pieces), 5-kg (4 pieces) and 10-kg (2 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. 

The bar axles are made from high-quality chrome steel and have threads on either side for securing the weight plates in place. The shorter dumbbell bars have knurled, non-slip grips. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included spring collars.
