Recumbent inSPORTline Halimed
The Recumbent inSPORTline Halimed is one of the best recumbents on the market. It will meet all your expectations – it will help you improve your fitness, lose weight and strengthen your leg muscles from the comfort of your home. This machine is not only effective but also extremely comfortable – you can adjust the distance of the wide seat from the pedals to fit your height. You can also adjust the angle of the mesh backrest. Moreover, the water bottle holder will help you stay hydrated during the workout. The distance between the pedals is only 17 centimeters, allowing for ergonomic motion – you will like you are riding a real bike.
The Recumbent inSPORTline Halimed is also extremely sturdy (it weighs 63kg) and therefore stable. The low step-through design makes the machine suitable for older users and users with limited mobility. The recumbent is easy to use, with the large, easy-to-read LCD screen displaying all the important information. Moreover, you can control the machine using the buttons on the handles. Therefore, you do not have to lean forward to touch the screen during the workout. You can choose from 12 preset programs, an HRC program (which automatically adjusts the resistance to make the workout as efficient as possible) or a WATT program (which helps you stay in the optimal watt zone during the workout). You can also create and save your own program. The magnetic braking system allows for quiet running while the heart rate monitors (built into the handles) and the chest strap (not included) help you track your heart rate.

Robust and sophisticated construction
High quality workmanship and robust frame ensure high stability and load capacity up to 130 kg. The construction is not only solid, but also cleverly designed. Low onset just few centimeters off the ground allows the use by elderly or people with mobility restrictions. The spacing between the pedals is only 17 cm. The movement is thus very natural and similar to pedaling on a real bike.

Comfortable and adjustable saddle
The wide saddle with mesh backrest is very comfortable, so you can withstand long training sessions without annoying pressure. You can adjust the distance between the saddle and the pedals exactly according to your height and adjust the angle of the backrest. Everyone can find a comfortable sitting.

Everybody chooses the ideal program
You can choose from a wide range of programs. Recumbent inSPORTline Halimed offers 12 preset or HRC program that automatically change the load so you are always at the optimum heart rate for fat burning. Of course, you can set your custom program exactly according to your requirements.

Practical tweaks
Of course we also think about the comfort of the user. On the frame you will find a bottle holder that will help in keeping the drinking regime. On side handles you can adjust the load with buttons without the need to touch the display. In spite of the higher weight of the machine, it can be easily moved according to needs thanks to the transport wheels.

Recumbent inSPORTline Halimed - Product parameters
Resistance in cardio trainers can be regulated by one of two ways - manual and electronic control. Manual regulation is the cheaper option and works on a simple basis. With a regulation knob, the user sets the resistance manually, usually in the range of 1-12 levels.
By observing the weight limit of the product, you significantly increase its service life and prevent it from wearing down prematurely. It is not recommended to exceed this limit.
Cardio trainers use several types of braking systems.
There are trainers with magnetic, friction, calliper or EMS braking system. The magnetic and EMS systems that work through moving a magnet closer to the flywheel are used most often.
