Sport tester inSPORTline BN-M31 helps to keep your heart rate in the optimum heart rate zone for maximizing fat loss and training efficiency. Functions include stopwatch, lap counter, heart rate monitor, calories burned measurement, target heart rate zone (suitable for effective fat loss). How to wear sport tester

The signal receiver is worn on the left or right wrist as usual watch. The signal is received from the chest belt transmitter. The distance between watch and transmitter should not exceed 1 meter.
