The Airbag Jacket Helite Touring New Textile Black is a 4-in-1 leather jacket that provides revolutionary protection for all bikers. The main feature is a large inflatable airbag which can absorb shocks, thus dissipating impact energy. Moreover, a head blow is delayed, which helps prevent traumatic brain injury. Also, both the head and the spine remain undisturbed, preventing neck injury and hyperflexion. The back protector acts as a tortoise shell, making the jacket tear resistant and absorbing the force of the impact. However, despite the airbag, the jacket looks like a regular leather motorcycle jacket, making it suitable for year-round use. The adjustable ventilation system allows the rider to adjust to the current conditions. The Airbag Jacket Helite Touring New Textile Black also features an adjustable collar, waist strap and Velcro straps on the sleeves, thus providing maximum comfort during wear. Last but not least, the abrasion resistant 1000D Cordura material the jacket extremely durable on critical parts of the jacket.

Each product has its own production number and goes through the initial and final check. The used materials are of the best quality; from the airbag, hardened pin, buckle, hardened plastic, nylon to the cartridge with a high volume of CO2 (45g of CO2 at the pressure of 60 bars, individually tested for 110°C).
You can increase the 2 years warranty to 4 years when registrating on Helite website. It is neccesary to write down serial nubmer of the product. You can find the serial number near size type - as shown in the video. We offer service consultation or possible air bag checking after an accident. If it is irreparable, we offer a new air-bag jacket or vest 21% cheaper.

Each product has a serial number and is subject to continuous and output control. Helite uses the highest quality materials. From the airbag itself to the hardened firing pin and ball buckle, hardened plastic with nylon to the highCO2 cartridges (45gCO2 at 60 bar pressure, individually tested at 110°C).
The classic two-year warranty can be extended to 4 years by registering directly with Helite. You need to note the serial number (VIN) of your piece for both cases. You will find it next to the size description - as shown in the video. You can also use the number for any firmware updates.
