The Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Hamerton 167 + 40 cm/30 mm 50 kg will help you strengthen your upper body, using both a two-handed weightlifting barbell and single-handed dumbbells. It includes one weightlifting barbell and two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter, with the weightlifting one being 167 cm and the two single-handed ones 40 cm long.

The Olympic Cast Iron Weight Plates inSPORTline Hamerton have a durable surface coating and practical grips that allow you to lift them on their own, i.e. they don’t have to be on the barbell/dumbbell. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (4 pieces) and 5-kg (4 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. 

The bar axles are made from high-quality chrome steel and have threads on either side for securing the weight plates in place. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included spring collars.
