The Cement Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline CEM 180 + 40 cm/30 mm 80 kg provides an effective workout that you can easily adjust to your liking. It includes one weightlifting barbell and two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter, with the weightlifting one being 180 cm and the two single-handed ones 40 cm long.

The weight plates included in this set are made of cement with a durable plastic coating. Since the plates are of different weights, they will add more variability to your workout. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (12 pieces) and 15-kg (2 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. 

The bar axles are made from high-quality metal and have steel threads on either side. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included barbell collars.
