N1 is intended for:

Recommended dosage: For those up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes, stir a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. For those over 75 kg body weight and professional athletes, stir a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: ¼ of measuring scoop = approx. 8.5 g. ½ of measuring scoop = 17 g. Stir the recommended dose in water. After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 3 months.
