The Amino Acids Nutrend BCAA Liquid 500 ml is branched amino acids (BCAA) in liquid form. The 1,000ml package contains 80,000 mg of branched amino acids (BCAA) in crystalline form. The liquid form ensures faster absorption of the following amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine. BCAA are an important part of complex protein. The proper amount of high-quality protein helps improve muscle growth.

BCAA LIQUID:
- Should be used shortly before training, during training or shortly after training

Recommended dosage: To protect your muscle mass, drink 40 ml approximately 30 – 60 minutes before training. To speed up regeneration, drink 40 ml immediately after training. The maximum daily dose is 80 ml. Do not exceed the daily dose.
Use: Shake before use. Measure the dose with the measuring cup and stir it in the water or an energy drink. Properly close. After opening store at the temperature to 25°C and use within 2 months.
