The main frame with a rustproof coating can be reinforced with additional support legs to which weight plate storage posts can be attached (supports or posts are not included). The bench itself consists of 3 ergonomically shaped parts that provide ultimate comfort during the workout.

As the bench features two-position barbell holders, it is suitable for any arm length.
