Universal cross bracket suitable for punching bag, but also for MultiTrainer made of sheet metal. The best choice for hanging punching bag from the ceiling into the room. Option suitable for all punching bags and MultiTrainers. Can carry a weight up to 130 kg. The bracket ideally spreads all the weight. The bracket is attached to the ceiling with screws through four holes. On each arm of the bracket there is 1 hole located (arm width - 4 cm, thickness - 0.5 cm). Punching bag and MultiTrainer are attached to a solid steel loop that helps to improve the overall quality of training on the punching bag by its practical implementation. Weight of the bracket is 660 g.
