Recommended dosage:

• Training days: the basic daily dose is 5g (2 flat teaspoons) after a training session. You can take another 5g before bedtime.
• Non-training days: you can either skip the dose, or continue to use 5g twice a day. Take the last dose before bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: 5g = 2 flat teaspoons (the spoon is not included). Follow the recommended dosage and stir in a sports drink. After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 4 months.
