Stepper inSPORTline Avalor ST
The Stepper inSPORTline Avalor ST is a professional machine perfect for strengthening the thigh and buttock muscles simulating uphill or stairs movement. Its sturdy structure, 150kg weight limit and magnetic brake system ensure a long service life while the 26+cm stride height ensures an effective workout. The large, anti-slip pedals and two pairs of handles (one of which is adjustable) provide safety. The fixed handles feature built-in heart rate sensors. Transportation wheels, bottle and tablet holders and the uneven surface adjustment system are a must.
The fully electronic Stepper inSPORTline Avalor ST features a large, easy-to-read and intuitive display. The 19 programs (12 preset and 4 user programs) offer something for everyone. You may also appreciate the WATT program (performance tracking) and HRC program (which adjusts resistance according to the heart rate level). Heart rate is measured either via the sensors built into the handles or a chest strap (which is included). All of the above makes the Stepper inSPORTline Avalor ST suitable not only for professional and club gyms, but also for home use (even for the most demanding users).
If you prefer cross-country skiing or looking for an elliptical trainer in the same design (for example, as an additional gym machine), we recommend elliptical trainer inSPORTline Avalor ET.

Stepper inSPORTline Avalor ST - Product parameters
The total weight of the product.
By observing the weight limit of the product, you significantly increase its service life and prevent it from wearing down prematurely. It is not recommended to exceed this limit.
Resistance in cardio trainers can be regulated by one of two ways - manual and electronic control. Manual regulation is the cheaper option and works on a simple basis. With a regulation knob, the user sets the resistance manually, usually in the range of 1-12 levels.
Cardio trainers use several types of braking systems.
There are trainers with magnetic, friction, calliper or EMS braking system. The magnetic and EMS systems that work through moving a magnet closer to the flywheel are used most often.
