This machine offers a number of positions for both seated and standing workout (seat is not included, it is sold separately) . The handles rotate both around their axis and around the circle, thus allowing you to change positions and exercise different muscle groups. Moreover, you can change the position of the rotating handles by varying the height of the cranks and the length of the telescopic arms, respectively. You can also move the handles up and down. Both handles are attached to an adjustable arm which you can adjust to the preferred position. All you have to do to adjust the arm is pull the lever.
