Rowing Machine inSPORTline Ocean
Are you looking for a reliable rowing machine for home, but don't want to bother with unnecessary settings? With the inSPORTline Ocean trainer, you can sail through training quickly and without unnecessary stress! Just use the control wheel to set one of the 8 load levels and start exercising. You can monitor all measured values, such as the number of repeats per minute or the elapsed time, on a simple display. If you have a chest belt at home, the machine will also show you your current heart rate.
Thanks to the magnetic braking system and the sliding with bearings, the seat moves very quietly and smoothly. The ergonomic seat contributes to even greater comfort. The slide bar is long, so it will suit even individuals of a taller figure. But you don't have to worry that it will take up a lot of space at home - after training, simply lower the frame and store it in a more suitable place.
A special feature is the special pedals, which can be adjusted to the front of the machine so that it is possible to independently strengthen the biceps while standing with the help of this trainer.
Ocean is simply ideal for intense home exercise!

Rowing Machine inSPORTline Ocean - Product parameters
Resistance in cardio trainers can be regulated by one of two ways - manual and electronic control. Manual regulation is the cheaper option and works on a simple basis. With a regulation knob, the user sets the resistance manually, usually in the range of 1-12 levels.
By observing the weight limit of the product, you significantly increase its service life and prevent it from wearing down prematurely. It is not recommended to exceed this limit.
Cardio trainers use several types of braking systems.
There are trainers with magnetic, friction, calliper or EMS braking system. The magnetic and EMS systems that work through moving a magnet closer to the flywheel are used most often.
HRC program (Heart Rate Control) is a function that automatically adjusts resistance to keep your heart rate in optimal frequency. This makes exercising more effective, especially if your aim is to burn fats.
