Yoga foam blocks and bricks are accessories for beginners and intermediate yogis. These blocks help you achieve the more difficult positions, diversify your training or correctly adjust positions so you don’t harm yourself. They can not only be used as rests, but also as mats and as a way to shorten the distance to the ground when you are stretching.

Yoga blocks come in various shapes. The most common one is that of a thin rectangular block made of soft EVA foam that can be used as a support for your head, neck or back or as a mat you can sit on. The main purpose of the foam blocks is to improve your sitting position, whether you sit normally or cross-legged.

Yoga bricks have similar purpose to the yoga blocks – they are also meant to help you with your exercises. They are most commonly used as a support surface for your hands or as a way to elevate your back or buttocks. Again, the most commonly used material is EVA foam, which is soft, but very light and solid at the same time. EVA bricks will also easily fit into your bag or backpack.

Yoga blocks and bricks vary mainly in their dimensions, weight and colour design.
