Information about personal data processing

Seven Sport s.r.o. with its head office at Bořivojova 878/35, 130 00 Praha 3, ID No. 26847264 is responsible for the protection of the personal data you pass on to us. It is important that you understand the personal data you provide us are processed responsibly and transparently and that you are entitled to request information about processing your personal data, correct or erase your personal data, if the data are granted on the basis of your consent. If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the address of the company's head office.

Personal data security

Seven Sport s.r.o. ensures the security of the personal data you pass on to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data sufficiently with respect to the seriousness of data processing. No unauthorised persons do not have the access to the personal data you provide us, and we do not pass any information to other entities for further processing without your explicit consent, unless it is required by law or in case of the protection of our legal interests.  

Right to information

You have right to ask the company Seven Sport s.r.o. to provide you with information about what personal data are processed, to what extent the data are processed and for what purpose the data are processed. We will provide such information free of charge within 30 days, or within no later than 90 days in extraordinary situations. We will inform you in advance of the extraordinary situation occurrence. If you request information we kept about you, first, we will need to verify that you are the person to whom the information relates to. Therefore, provide sufficient identification of yourself in your application. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information for purposes of verification of your person before we provide you with the personal data we process about your person.
It is our right to reject your request for information, if the request is unreasonable, inappropriately repetitive, or difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archives, etc.).

Right to data update and correct

Because personal data may change over time (e.g. change of surname), we will be glad if you inform us about any information changes so your personal data will be always up to date and correct. Request for data change is necessary for us to be able to properly execute our duties as the Administrator. 
This is also related to your right to correct your personal data we store about you. If you find that stored data is no longer up to date, you have the right to have it corrected. 

Objections

If you believe that your personal data are not being processed in accordance with applicable Czech and EU law, you have the right to object and we will then verify the validity of your request. We will remind you that it is your right to also address an objection to the personal data processing at the relevant Personal Data Protection Supervisory Authority at:

Right to erasure

If you have at some point given a consent to the personal data processing (e.g. your e-mail agrees in regard with newsletter notifications) to us, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, and we are obligated to delete the data we process solely based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to processed data under contract fulfilment obligations, legal reasons or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems which function as a reserve data storage for all our primary systems and as a data loss protection in case of power failure, it is not in our power to erase these data from backup systems, and it is often not technically feasible. However, such data are no longer actively processed and will not be used for further processing purposes.

Sending notifications to your e-mail address

In the event of an executed order and your legitimate interest, you will receive product offers from Seven Sport s.r.o. via e-mail, which you provide when registering. Seven Sport s.r.o. does not pass on the registered e-mail address to any other entity. In case you decide that you no longer want to receive e-mails from Seven Sport s.r.o., you can withdraw your consent with processing of your e-mail address at any here, or in writing at the address of the company's head office.
