Red light (RED) can have a positive effect on the condition of the skin, blood circulation and supports the production of collagen (the basic building block of connective tissues) and elastin (provides elasticity that causes the skin to return to its original state after stretching).

Near infrared light (NIR) stimulates the formation of mitochondria and thus increases the production of cellular energy. Mitochondria in cells function similarly to flashlights – they store energy for the proper functioning of the cell itself. Proteins in the mitochondrial wall react to infrared light and cause the cell to start producing more energy. The cells thus receive enough "juice" to be able to perform their usual functions perfectly, including the formation of new cells.

Make the most of the panel

Use the LED panel regularly, preferably 1 to 2 times a day for 5-30 minutes at a time. You should place the panel 15 to 60 centimeters away from your body. However, it’s better to start at a greater distance and move the panel closer gradually. The light intensity is also important. It’s also recommended to start at a lower intensity and check how your skin responds to the light. And don’t forget to put on protective glasses!
