The lightweight aluminum poles feature three telescopic pieces and a quick-release LOCK & GO system that allows you to adjust their length between 65 and 135 cm. With the removable straps and rubber silent spike pads, the poles are primarily suitable for Nordic Walking. However, the pads can easily be removed, turning them into trekking poles.
