Designed with input from FOX’s pro mountain bike athletes, this top-tier open-face mountain bike helmet offers a market-leading feature set including MIPS™, an easily adjustable multi-position visor, and a 360-degree fit system. The pro version is equipped with a Varizorb™ dual-density EPS shell, Fidlock® SNAP helmet buckle, and an XT2® antimicrobial comfort liner.
The dual-density Varizorb™ EPS provides improved protection by spreading forces of impact across a wider area. Then there’s the removable, washable XT2® liner that’s antimicrobial and manages odor while wicking moisture away from the head. The optimized venting with 14 air holes and channeled, in-molded EPS provides efficient cooling while the goggle compatible, 3-position adjustable visor will make your ride comfortable regardless of whether the sun is high or low.
The MIPS™ added protection system has been proven to reduce the rotational motion when implemented in a helmet by absorbing and redirecting energies and forces otherwise transmitted to the brain.
