The Stairmaster inSPORTline ProfiStair Lite offers as many as 10 speed levels. But wait, there’s more! There are also more than 40 programs, including 36 preset programs, 3 user programs and an HRC program which automatically adjusts the resistance to keep you in your target heart rate zone. You might also appreciate the FAT program which calculates your estimated body fat percentage.  

The handrails and safety key keep you safe during the workout. Since there’s a lot of room and even a USB port underneath the display, you can bring your tablet and have some fun during your workout. You can use either heart rate monitors, which are built into the handrails, or a Bluetooth chest strap to track your heart rate. On the handrails, you can also find the ON/OFF and SPEED CHANGE buttons.
