Although the ankle-height Men’s Hiking Shoes La Sportiva TX4 Mid GTX were designed to provide maximum support and stability during challenging hiking trips, they are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable and therefore also suitable for everyday use. The excellent traction sole and climbing tip, respectively, make these shoes perfect for technical terrain and via ferratas. The Gore-Tex® Extended membrane makes the shoes water-resistant while the STB Control System™ provides excellent torsional stiffness. The rubber protection on the tip and heel protects the shoes from abrasions and other damage. The Vibram® Mega-Grip sole ensures an excellent grip on various surfaces while the Impact Brake System® absorbs shocks and provides optimum traction in a sloping terrain.
