The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250g of EPA and DHA. Each capsule contains healthy fish oil which contains the following Omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The essential Omega-3 fatty acids support brain activity, heart function and vision. The OMEGA 3 PLUS fatty acids are obtained from anchovies caught in the South Pacific, in Peru and Chile.
