The Powder Concentrate Nutrend Whey Core 900g contains a pure whey protein concentrate. Moreover, each dose contains 55% of protein. The main ingredient is a high quality whey protein (WPC) which is known for its biological value and fast usability by the body. The WHEY CORE is intended for beginner athletes who are looking to support muscle growth.
Moreover, the WHEY CORE is enriched with a special carbohydrate – maltodextrine – an oligo-carbohydrate which provides long-term energy supply. Maltodextrine is perfect for athletes who are engaged in a regular training and are looking to enhance their performance. It consists of 5 glucose units, which split to simple sugars in the digestive system. Its gradual absorption makes maltodextrine a perfect source of energy which does not cause fluctuations in blood sugar levels.
WHEY CORE is intended for: all beginner athletes (protein addition during the day)
- 55% of protein in each dose
- 5,000mg of BCAA in each dose
Recommended dosage: one dose = 40g/180ml of water. Based on daily protein requirements, take 1-3 doses a day between meals.
Use: 20g = one measuring scoop. Follow the recommended dosage and stir in 180ml of water. After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 3 months.
