The Training Mask inSPORTline Noer is a unique accessory for increasing your performance. Using its regulations valves, the breathing conditions can be simulated for six different altitude levels: from 900 to 5,400 meters above the sea level. The higher selected altitude, the more difficult breathing and the more strenuous training as well. In a combination with power or endurance training, you can increase your lung capacity and improve the oxygen consumption while the mask is removed. This mask is made of nylon and insulation parts for mouth are made of flexible rubber. Due to this material, wearing is comfortable without any pressing on your face. This mask can be put on over the head and closed with the Velcro fastener with holes for ears. The first results can be remarked after short time of using.
