Filling box bag inSPORTline 20-50kg is designed for training effective punching techniques, kicking techniques, but also for proper training posture. The punching bag, which is 100 cm high, is made of high-quality PVC material. If 20 kg is enough for your training, there is no need to fill the bag and you can start training right away. By filling the inner tube with sand or other similar material, the weight of the bag can be increased up to 50 kg. The additional filling material (not included) is placed in the enclosed polyester bag and this is then inserted into a hollow tube inside the bag. This space is implemented so that its presence is not known during training - the bag has a homogeneous hardness over its entire surface. Boxing bag inSPORTline 20-50 kg is suitable for boxing, kickboxing and other martial arts. The bag also includes a chrome chain, which is used to hang the punching bag.
