Aerobic Step Laubr

Aerobic Step Laubr is made of hardened plastic material with non-slip surface treatment ensuring high stability during exercise. The height is adjustable in two positions (10cm and 15cm) to provide two different levels of exercise intensity. Aerobic Step Laubr is easy to wash and carry, as it weights only 2.3kg. In recent years aerobic step training has become one of the most popular types of aerobic exercise.
