to make your early Christmas shopping as easy and comfortable as possible, we’ve decided to prepare a special Christmas guarantee just for you! With this guarantee, you can return unsuitable gifts bought online from our e-shop up until 31st January 2023 . So if you choose the wrong size or the gift just isn’t a good fit for any reason, we will take it back, no questions asked.
How to return an unsuitable gift?
Please send the goods you wish to return within the limits of this guarantee period to the address of our service/claims department (Čermenská 486, Vítkov 74901, okres Opava, Czech Republic) together with an accompanying letter and a copy of the invoice. An exchange/return is also possible in any of our inSPORTline stores located in the Czech Republic.

Conditions:
- valid for purchases made from 25th October 2022
- unsuitable gift can be exchanged or returned up until 31st January 2023
- the guarantee includes all purchases made on www.insportline.eu or in our Czech stores (Prague 10, Prague 5, Brno, Ostrava, Vítkov)
- valid only for end customer purchases
- only unused items can be returned (returned productss need to be repackaged - for example in original packaging or box, cannot bear signs of use and must be complete without any damage)
