How to use

Place the device on your neck and turn it on by pressing the button on the display. In the default settings, all three functions are on (a combined massage), with all of them being preset to the lowest level. Press the “M” button repeatedly to switch between the three functions (vibration, heating and EMS).

By pressing the +/- buttons, you can adjust the intensity. On the remote control there are also buttons for turning on/off the heating or the sound. The device shuts itself off automatically after 15 minutes. If you’d like to turn the device off sooner, just press the “M” button on the remote for seconds or press the button on the device. Use the device regularly – twice a day for 15 minutes.
