MMA Punch Bag Shindo Sport is a practical device for mixed martial art (MMA) training. Bag’s special shape allows for strikes, which cannot be performed with the standard punch bag, such as elbow strikes, knee kicks, low kicks and high kicks.
The bag can be hanged on the ceiling with the provided chains or stand freely to practice the so called “ground and pound” technique. For these purposes, for safety reasons, the entire part where the chains are attached can be hidden using a synthetic leather cover.
Reinforced seams and high-quality synthetic leather material ensure that the bag won’t lose its shape even after long-term usage. The bag is 110 cm high.
