Usage of 100% WHEY PROTEIN:

One measuring cup of 100% Whey Protein is 20 g. Measure the recommended dosage by the enclosed measuring glass and shake it properly in Nutrend shaker or mix it in water. Dilution ratio is 30 g per 200 ml of water. Shut the container after the usage properly to prevent product contamination. Store at a temperature below 25 ºC and use within 2 months.
