Outdoor device HOLUX GPSport 245 Outdoor GPS is a modern device comprising a number of features needed for challenging hiking and biking trips. The device HOLUX GPSport 245 Outdoor GPS allows you to record the route carried out, including altitude data, elevation, speed, distance and calories burned. This is all based on a GPS module, which still updates all the information of your particular trip.
Holux GPSport 245 is not a classic navigation, nor is it a GPS module to another device, but this function can be done after downloading the utility "Mini GPS Viewer" from the manufacturer´s web-pages www.holux.com. Included with this outdoor unit is ezTour applicationfor transferring records to a personal computer. EzTour processes recorded routes and points, shows them on a map and according to times it can also pair your pictures to them.

The following is displayed on the map using a graph:

• Elevation traveled
• Distance traveled and speed
• Average and current values

By clicking on the graphic representation of the route, it is easy to find the highest speed and altitude in a given period. This site will be displayed on the map. With the new firmware update v2.00 it can already serve as a navigation. Newly, the display shows the route you've gone through and you can navigate the same route back.
