Effective training at home: The Cable Pull Station KLARFIT Hangman is a space-saving lat pull with ceiling installation for a variety of training exercises for the arm, abdominal and back muscles. This sturdy, powder-coated steel exercise machine is simply screwed into the ceiling (the ceiling mounting is done with the heavy-duty dowels and screws, which are, of course, included) and takes up much less space than a comparable lat pull station.
The handles are non-slip to ensure a perfect grip. The station features a 2m cable pull and a 35-cm-long weight holder with a maximum load of 150 kg. Thus, the individual training always has the right load and ensures well-defined muscles on the entire upper body. To keep the roommate or neighbor from interfering with the workout, the 2m lat cable guide rollers are fitted with high-quality ball bearings for quiet, clean running of the pull rope.
