The Cycling Sunglasses Kellys Cyclone HF provide outstanding UVA/UVB protection. The full-rim design and cutout lenses prevent fogging. The lightweight and extremely durable rim (made of Grilamid TR90), adjustable nosepiece and rubber-coated earpieces provide stability during the ride. Apart from category 3 lenses, these sunglasses also come with category 1 lenses.
Sunglasses categories (sun filter):
Category 0 – transparent lenses only used for wind, dust and dirt protection, they provide no sun protection
Category 1 – light colored lenses suitable for cloudy conditions, they improve vision
Category 2 – medium dark lenses for sunny spring and fall days, suitable for driving, can also be used as a fashion accessory
Category 3 – the most common category suitable for sunny summer days, not suitable for low light conditions
Category 4 – sun filter suitable for extreme conditions, i.e. very strong sunlight, these lenses eliminate glare caused by the reflection of sunlight from the snow, sand or other surfaces
