Recommended dosage: A 50g dose is suitable as breakfast/snack both in the morning and in the afternoon. Use at least 90 minutes after your previous meal. Use no more than 2 doses a day.
Use: 50g = one serving. Put the contents into a bowl, add 100ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. You can also use cold water. Use immediately after opening.
Warning: Porridge enriched with vitamins, iodine and zinc. Not intended for children. Do not freeze. Keep away from heat and moisture.
Ingredients: gluten-free oat flakes, coconut sugar, rice flour, hydrolyzed fish collagen - Naticol®, dairy protein isolate, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), chestnut purée (rice, chestnut flour, gluten-free malt extract), acacia gum, flavoring, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and sulphur dioxide, L-ascorbic acid, zinc gluconate, hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), nicotinamide, potassium iodate, D-biotin.
